โครงการนี้เกิดขึ้นจากปัญหาขยะสิ่งทอที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากอุตสาหกรรมแฟชั่น โดยเฉพาะ Fast Fashion ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดเศษผ้าจำนวนมากที่ถูกทิ้ง เผา หรือฝังกลบ ส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โครงการจึงนำงานศิลปะและการออกแบบมาเป็นเครื่องมือ แปรเปลี่ยนเศษผ้าให้เป็นสื่อเล่าเรื่องผ่านชิ้นงานภาพประกอบและการต่อยอดเป็นโปรดักต์ เพื่อสร้างการตระหนักรู้และเสนอแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาผ่านการใช้ซ้ำและ Upcycle อย่างสร้างสรรค์
This project originates from the growing problem of textile waste generated by the fashion industry, particularly fast fashion, which produces large amounts of fabric scraps that are discarded, burned, or landfilled, causing environmental impacts. Art and design are used as tools to transform textile waste into storytelling media through illustrative artworks and extended product designs, aiming to raise awareness and propose solutions through creative reuse and upcycling.
